First of all, happy Friday my babies! It’s been a while since I checked in with my progress on the Bombshell Body Guide so I thought I’d let you all know how that’s going. YES I AM STILL DOING IT. I took about week off when I got food poisoning on the way home from Florida, so I just completed week 4.

I am literally getting so much stronger. When I started the program, I was completely unable to do bicycle crunches, push-ups, or hold planks. Now I can do all those things without much trouble at all. I also used to need to take a break between every set of exercises. Now I can just do all three rounds in a row. I get sweaty and it pushes me, but I CAN handle it.
Physically, I don’t know that I’m seeing huge difference. I feel like my arms and legs are more toned, but I definitely haven’t lost weight. I might be gaining weight actually. This doesn’t have anything to do with the program itself. In my last few weeks in Columbus I have just been eating and drinking like there’s no tomorrow.

I fully own up to stress eating, and there seems to be a different excuse to party every weekend. I’m in a wedding next weekend so I should probably cut out carbs for the next week,. But you know how it is…
Another thing I have to mention about this program is there are literally no excuses for not doing it (except for illness of course). It takes like three square feet and 30 minutes to complete a workout. I am basically a homeless person at this point with no free time, but I can do the workouts in my bedroom in a 30 minute break between work and going out to dinner. If I can do it, anyone can do it!
