I have a confession to make: I basically have no ass. If I lose any more muscle tone in my butt, it’s going to start going inward. I will have a concave booty, and nobody wants that. I am going on a beach vacation in May, so it’s time for me to buckle down and work on getting some ass!
So buddies – let’s do a squat challenge this April! I’m keeping the reps nice and light for people who are out of shape like me, but there’s plenty of 30-day squat challenges out there for people who are more into exercising. I plan on knocking these out after work while I watch New Girl, before I crash on the couch and read blogs all night.
Don’t mind the panty lines – I am hoping that the below will serve as a “before” pictures – but who knows? This might be as good as it’s ever going to get, but it can’t hurt to try right?
Actually, yes. It will hurt. That’s why we need strength in numbers! I need to know that when I am one day 2 and unable to sit down without moaning, there are others out there who will feel my pain!
Then when we get to May 1st we’ll all look back at our asses and be like “DAMN!” We will be filling out bikini bottoms and yoga pants with the greatest of ease.
