If you are sick, do not go out drinking with your girlfriends. Do not prop yourself up with Sudafed, shove a bunch of cough drops and tissues into your clutch, and go out on the town. You know who did that? Me, in the picture above. The one looking like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. And you know who has been sick ever since? Me! Since this picture was taken I’ve suffered from a cold, tonsilitis, pink eye, and a sinus infection. Take care of yourselves, people!
Although, I must admit, that night was absolutely legendary. We stuffed ourselves silly with pizza at Harvest, made a pit stop at Club 185, then hit the Park Street bars. I think we went to a Navy formal? Who knows?
Cornbread & chorizo gravy at 101 Beer Kitchen with my aunt.
I was taking a walk and this grumpy little dude really scared me. He’s just sitting there like, “I hate Christmas.”
Blowing off some steam at my favorite Mexican place on Earth.
A nice picture of me and my mom from Thanksgiving, taken by Grandma (obviously). She didn’t quite grasp how to take a picture with a phone. In fact, she accidentally took no less than 30 selfies.
Sneaky side eye from dude during the OSU vs. Michigan game.
Nachos: the breakfast of champions. If you go to Ethyl & Tanks this mountain of food is like $8 and it’s the best deal ever.
I checked out the new Hofbrauhaus. Was not disappointed. I’ve always enjoyed going to their Cincinnati location before baseball games so I was really, really excited that they opened a location here. I know it’s touristy and cheesy, but it’s so much fun!
I watched the OSU blowout last night at House Beer with a few friends. That place is tight. They have coolers of all kinds of interesting beers and you can open them and just toss the cap to the bartender and they add it to your tab.
I guess that despite being sick, I have been having a nice time. I’m feeling a lot better now and I’m majorly looking forward to all the Christmas parties and vacations I have on the horizon!
