Um…how did I not know about this? I’ve been crushing on Aaron Johnson in previews for Kick Ass for a while…so this is doubly exciting. This looks pretty good! Maybe I should get Netflix back…

  • High protein overnight oats are my current breakfast obsession. Here's how to make them: ⠀ ⠀ In a small container with a lid, mix together half a scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt, 2/3 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and 1/3 cup whole milk. Leave in the fridge overnight. Add berries, sliced almonds, or whatever else you like in the morning. I like to make a batch of 3 containers at a time so I have breakfast ready to go for a few days. ⠀ ⠀ As far as milk goes, I've been digging @maplehillcreamery milk from @wholefoods . Milk from grass fed cows has more healthy fats for fueling workouts (or just chilling on the couch - whatever!). It's good for you! #sponsored #thismilkisspecial #grassfedmilk

  • Experimenting with a little fall cocktail with @martellusa's VSOP finished in Bourbon Barrels. In a saucepan, mix one cup REAL apple cider with 1 oz VSOP finished in Bourbon Barrels and one cinnamon stick. Heat until simmering, then serve in a mug.
